Canadian 1884 1¢ error coin
. An error in the manufacture of this coin resulted in a
blank reverse
. I don’t know how many of these coins came out like this but this is the first one I have seen
.
I am unfamiliar with this coin so I am very conservatively grading this coin in
Very Fine (VF) condition
though I am sure anyone else would grade it higher. I don’t worry about it too much when it is an
error coin
.
