The toy is 13” long, 8” tall, and 8” wide.
The box is 14" long, 8.5" tall, and 9" wide.
It has been asked before so I will mention it here. I do not know if the toy has been restored or if the decals are recreations. Unfortunately, the owner, Carl, has passed away and I have no way to find out the history of the item.
The toy is in near perfect condition. The box has a couple rips, but the original strap is in place.
This is similar to the #4200 bulldozer made from 1961-1972.My research has shown that the large, stamped N logo next to the driver’s seat was initially used in 1966. This also seems to be the only bulldozer that doesn’t have a plastic engine, and it is the only one that has a roll cage over the driver’s seat.
