Zsolnay Antique Eosin Labrador Glazed Vase

Stunnng Zsolnay Vintage Labrador glazed vase with incredible colors. On canvas this would be a very fine work of art. Staring at the glaze stirs up a lot of images in our minds - like some photos from outer space of mountains interspersed with green valleys and blue from ancient rivers. As difficult as it is to photograph I’ve tried to capture some of the ever changing colors.
The vase is in remarkable condition with what I believe to be a professional repair to one of the protruding curves (see photo 5 ). There is also a poorly glued crack on the bottom of the vase measuring 1 1/2” - see the last two photos, one as vase appears sitting and the other from the inside where it is most visible. This can easily be removed with acetone and a proper repair can be made. The vase sits perfectly. The bottom rim appears to have been painted at the factory but some of that has worn away. There is impressed into the bottom ZSOLNAY and a number I can’t quite make out. I believe this was made in the 1920’s and in addition to the stamped Zsolnay there is also under the glaze the five steeple and Made In Hungary trademark which is a little blurry. When photographing and observing the bottom there is the most beautiful and intense play of colors - greens, reds, blues in the maroon glaze around the impressed stamp (my photo captures only one intense red spot.
